Seeing the connection between employees, their employers, and financial well-being, Mark Olazagasti founded YourMoney101 in 2015 to address the critical need for financial literacy in the workplace. After a successful 36-year career in IT and banking, he turned his passion for personal finance into his mission to help small businesses provide free, employer-sponsored financial wellness programs.
